100FOLD Leadership Team
As the Founders of the 100FOLD Project, we can say with great confidence and humility that we have spent all our lives preparing for the stewardship of this new venture. Our previous experiences in ministry, consulting, and business have now converged in this unique leadership initiative. The 100FOLD Project truly gives us a rare opportunity to express our sense of destiny through the building of our Leadership Team and a powerful and growing leadership community.

Jay Brenneman, Principal
Jay has spent over 20 years as a consultant, trainer, and coach to business leaders and organizations. His passion for building healthy workplaces led him to become a founding principal of Accordant Group, a management consulting firm specializing in assessment, executive coaching, and human system design. Jay also began and managed Brenneman Consulting, where he collaborated with family business owners, non-profit and church leaders to improve their organizations through leadership development and executive coaching. After completing a degree in Psychology, Jay spent five years in campus ministry with Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship as a campus staff member and area director. He earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and maintained a private practice in individual and marriage counseling from 1977 to 2006. Jay and Janene, his wife of 37 years, are the parents of three adult daughters. He is a Colorado outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, and mountain biking.

He then accepted the position of Executive Vice President and later was named President of Rocky Mountain Clothing Company.
