Our Process
What must be recovered in our contemporary culture is a sense of personal calling—a compelling destiny—that will galvanize business leaders to action. The 100FOLD Project offers a comprehensive program that will release marketplace leaders to respond wholeheartedly to God’s purpose in their lives. We believe that the development of Christian business leaders who aspire to become powerful Leaders of Destiny occurs through four critical stages: Level I: AUTHENTIC—Leader of Individuals Level II: INTEGRATED—Leader of Teams Level III: TRANSFORMATIONAL—Leader of Organizations Level IV: TRANSCENDENT—Leader of Leaders Once a man determines his unique design and is able to discern his sense of calling and destiny, he is ready to move into the next level of his leadership. The 100FOLD Project provides the resources and support for aspiring and capable leaders to move through all four levels and become a Transcendent Leader of Leaders. |
